How the Singapore Payroll & CPF Calculator Works
This calculator estimates Singapore payroll figures including net employee take-home pay, statutory Central Provident Fund (CPF) deductions, employer CPF contributions, and mandatory Skills Development Levy (SDL) based on official 2026 Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and CPF Board guidelines.
Employer CPF vs Employee CPF
Both employers and employees contribute to CPF. Employee CPF is deducted directly from gross salary, while employer CPF is an additional business cost on top of the base wage.
How Net Salary Is Calculated
Net salary is the actual amount transferred to the employee's bank account: Gross Salary minus Employee CPF deductions, plus any non-taxable claims or reimbursements.
