To use payroll.sg, you must register for an Account by providing true, accurate, and complete company and contact information. You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passwords, and multi-factor authentication codes;
- Restricting unauthorized access to your account and computers;

3. Use of Services & Singapore Statutory Compliance
payroll.sg is specifically engineered to assist Singapore employers in complying with the Employment Act (Chapter 91), Central Provident Fund Act (Chapter 36), and Income Tax Act (Chapter 134).
While payroll.sg regularly updates statutory contribution rates (including the 2026 CPF Ordinary Wage ceiling of $8,000 and updated age-tier percentages), the Employer acknowledges and agrees that:
- The Employer retains sole and ultimate legal responsibility for verifying the accuracy of payroll numbers, CPF contribution calculations, IRAS AIS IR8A submissions, and MOM statutory payslips prior to disbursement;
- payroll.sg does not provide formal legal, tax, or accounting advice. Any guides or calculation tools are provided for informational and administrative facilitation purposes only.
4. Subscription Fees, Billing & Payment Terms
Access to paid features is provided on a subscription basis:
- Pricing Structure: Subscriptions are billed on either a flexible monthly basis or an annual commitment, calculated based on the active employee count processed during each billing cycle.
- No Hidden Fees: There are no setup fees, implementation charges, or mandatory training fees.
- Payment Methods: Subscription fees are payable via credit card, corporate PayNow, or authorized Singapore bank GIRO.
- Taxes: All fees are subject to Singapore Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable by law.
5. Customer Data & Data Intermediary Role
You retain full ownership of all Customer Data. In processing employee personal data on your behalf, payroll.sg operates strictly as a Data Intermediary pursuant to Section 4(2) of the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). We implement industry-standard encryption, strict access controls, and regular vulnerability assessments to safeguard your data.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, proprietary algorithms, user interfaces, branding, logos, documentation, and visual designs comprising payroll.sg are the exclusive property of payroll.sg and its licensors. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform solely for internal business payroll processing during your active subscription.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, payroll.sg and its directors, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
8. Termination & Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Upon termination:
- Your access to active processing features will cease at the end of the current billing cycle;
- You will be granted a 30-day grace period to export your historical payroll records, payslips, and CPF reports in CSV/PDF format before account archiving;
- We retain and securely delete data in accordance with statutory requirements and our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by the courts of Singapore.
